Juretich's in Utah continued...

Disclaimer:
This is a really long post.... it doesn't include everything we did this month just a good handful of it :)

A couple days after my parents and little sisters came over, Brittany and her kids came to hang out too! D wasn't able to come this time and boy did we miss him! He's such a great guy and is so good to Brittany and their kids! The first week together we had a lot planned and spent everyday doing a fun activity! Fun fun fun! We decided later that this was our first Juretich family reunion! So next time we are making T-shirts.

We loved to be outside! Hiking to Timpanogos caves was quite a challenge for the little ones but they chugged through it like champs! Props to everyone who gave them piggy backs! Such a pretty hike too!

Going through the caves was such a weird experience. It seriously feels like you are in a different world. There was a moment in the tour that the guide told us to turn out all the lights. I've never experienced true darkness till that moment! Yikes! I was just happy the lights worked after that!

Addie was hilarious during this trip! She was a little freaked out by the caves, but she turned into explorer Lucy from Narnia and wasn't scared! She ended up helping the tour guide!

We went to the Walters house and hung out at their pool! There were tennis courts right next to the pool and that is probably the best setup for Juretich fun ever!

It was so stinkin hot that dad just jumped him with his clothes on! Leave it up to dad to be silly! I can still see him doing this when he's 80!

 Cuties!

The guys man trip! MOUNTAIN BIKING!

After!

Fourth of July!

My Canadian lover's first real fourth!

After going to the Provo parade, we went to my uncles house for a BBQ with the whole fam!

Spur of the moment, we had a family talent show! Produced by Steve, directed by Gage, and judged by Tami, Candice, and Grandma! It was so funny how it came together so quickly and how funny it was! We have a pretty entertaining crew.

After the talent show we were planning on watching the fireworks in the backyard. My uncles and cousins made a launch station for the big fireworks. Pretty soon fireworks were shoot left and right into the crowd!!! It happened a couple different times too! They got the fireworks to sit sturdy and we were able to get the real show we wanted! Haha! The kids didn't appreciate the chaos but this was hands down the most memroable fourth of july!

This was probably one of weirdest days I've had in a long time, because mother nature had it in for us the whole day! Our initial plan was to go to seven peaks all day long, but that morning it was pouring rain. Bummer! So we looked at the forecast and we made plans to go get supplies for soap sliding! Its perfect for rainy days. The rainier the better and the faster you slide down the hill. So we went to a movie to wait till the storm came and when we were all ready to slide....NO rain. Just wet grass. We still did it and it was super fun though we wished there had been rain like there was that morning. After a while the sun showed up and the sky was clear of any clouds. It dried out the grass so instead we made plans to go to a half day at seven peaks again! We got all ready to go and drove there and it was closed for the whole day because of the "rain". Which there wasn't any.  So we went back home and played games. We got rained out of our sunny activities, and sunned out of our rainy activities. Oh the irony!

Giving Britt that extra boost!

Olivia struggled....

Cayden was pretty good!

To conclude this huge post I'll just say
"And thats not all folks!"
